Hydraulic Open-die Forging Press
Forging hydraulic machine is applied to cogging forging for steel ingot, can process forge pieces with various types of shaft, cake, and ring corresponding pulling long, upsetting, rolling, punching, reaming free forging process.
The larger clearance size is adopted to provide a wide range of process using space for the user, make the process adaptability of the press more widely.
This machine adopts three-beam four-post pre-stressed structures. The full pre-stressed framework has the very high overall stiffness; this structure obviously enhances lateral resistance ability of frame, eliminates the attached bending stress and deformation resistance on pulling rod in eccentric forging rod; guidance accuracy is provided for moving beam due to improvement of framework stiffness. At the same time, it reduces the stress wave amplitude of frame rod, improves the fatigue strength of the pulling rod, prolonging the fatigue life of the pulling rod.
Moving beam adopts 8 surfaces of planar guiding structure that perpendicular to each other, this kind of eight-surface guide structure adopts the adjustment mode of wedge type gap, which will bring great convenience to guide gap adjustment. The main working cylinder adopts one or three plunger cylinder structure, which not only can facilitate the realization of pressure staging, but also make the compact structure and convenient manufacture; the connection between plunger and the moving beam adopts double spherical hinge structure.
In the structure design of each large piece, full consideration of reducing costs, reducing the manufacture difficulty and shortening the manufacturing cycle are given.
